Information for Volunteers and Officials

This is a new page that will have information for SCT members who would like to help the club by volunteering, or officiating at events.

As an urgent matter we need three volunteers to fill vacant positions on the club committee:

Secretary
Job description - take and type up minutes of monthly committee meetings. Sort mail correspondance for meetings. Print email correspondance from ACT Athletics and present to meetings.
Registrar
Job description - field enquiries from potential members. Maintain a database of members and present a report to monthly committee meetings.
Officials co-ordinator
Job description - maintain a roster of officials for ACT Athletics Interclub meetings. Point of contact for volunteers who wish to help out as officials at SCT and ACT Athletics events.

We also need volunteers to help officiate at ACT Athletics events. Contact Ian Colquhoun if you can help.

We also need helpers for the Schools Cross Country event at Fadden Pines. Contact Mike, Geoff or Jane if you can help out.
