My running goal for 2010 - Run 3000 metres on the track in 11:49.

Steady first km then at about the limit of what the legs would do (still feeling yesterday's sprints). Split 11:33 - 11:23. 2.5k warm-down with Geoff, Richard, Ruth & Susan. RS 689. Tried to run tempo effort - doing well until last 1.5k, then sped up to stay ahead of CJ. Split 12:42 - 11:51. 2.7k warm-up, 2.3k warm-down with Geese. RS 722. Mild, 15°C; windy. [U]
