My running goal for 2013 - Run 5k in 21 minutes, 13 seconds.

They stopped from time to time, then got lost. Splits: 6:15, 5:38, 30, 29, 21, 23, 41, 30, 31, 43, 29, 32, 40, 56, 33, 16. Felt OK. RS 740. Warm, 21°C; calm. [E]

10.5 5.35pm. Speedygeese. 2.5k warm-up. 20-minute tempo using the 275m Rose Gardens east side loop (steady). Extra warm-down to lake and back with Craig and Peter (8k total, ave HR 127). Grey Frees. Good to have Cookie back. Felt better as the session went on. Hot, 31°C; breezy. [E]
